Braised Beef Ravioli Lasagna
Posted · by The Hangry Wife
Ravioli, but hold the Chef Boyardee.
Forget the canned stuff. We’re taking braised beef ravioli, layering it with rich marinara sauce and plenty of melty cheese and turning it into a one dish dinner that deserves a standing ovation.
Braised Beef Ravioli Lasagna — all the comfort of lasagna without the work of building it from scratch. And that cheese pull? Absolutely none of your business. 🤌
Hangrywife verdict: Comfort food doesn’t need to be complicated to be ridiculously good. Are you team traditional lasagna or team ravioli lasagna?

- 375°F
Ingredients
- Rana Beef Short Rib Ravioli (I used 4 bags)
- 1 large jar of marinara sauce
- 1 tub ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parsley, for garnish
- Optional: diced fresh tomatoes and onions, added to the marinara
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
Arrange the ravioli in a single layer.
Top with the ricotta mixture and then mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layers as needed, finishing with mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
Bake at 375°F for about 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly, golden, and heated through. If using uncooked ravioli, follow the package directions and make sure the pasta is fully cooked.
