Appetizer
Honeyed Apple & Pecan Baked Brie
Posted · by The Hangry Wife
The appetizer that makes every fall gathering feel like a Gilmore Girls town meeting. 🍎🧀
Meet your new fall obsession: Golden Orchard Baked Brie. Warm cinnamon apples, buttery pecans, golden honey, and creamy, melty Brie all in one ridiculously good bite. It’s sweet, savory, a little fancy, and surprisingly easy to make.
Basically, the kind of appetizer that makes people think you have your life together. We love a little deception. 😉
Would you serve this at Thanksgiving, a girls’ night, or keep it all to yourself?

- Oven
- 350°F
Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 2–4 apples, peeled and sliced
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2–3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1–2 Tbsp honey
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving (I used Ines Rosales Cinnamon Sweet Tortas from Trader Joe’s)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the sliced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until the apples soften and become glossy.
Place the Brie in an oven-safe baking dish.
Spoon the warm cinnamon apples over the Brie and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Drizzle generously with honey.
Bake for 12–18 minutes, until the Brie is soft and melty. Keep an eye on it so it holds its shape.
Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread and watch everyone gather around the dish.
