Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • Extra shredded cheese for topping
  • Extra Buffalo sauce + ranch for drizzling
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Add shredded chicken, cream cheese, Monterey Jack, cheddar, Buffalo sauce and ranch to a baking dish.

  3. Mix until everything is creamy and combined.

  4. Top with more shredded cheese.

  5. Drizzle Buffalo sauce and ranch on top.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

  7. Grab chips and dip!
